Original artwork :This mixed media canvas was inspired by our friendly neighbourhood cat on a warm day out in the garden, enjoying the sunshine. I like his relaxed pose exposing his fluffy underbelly.I start the canvas with a rough pencil sketch and then I add the coloured paper before building up the layers with acrylic paint.
